Sparring is used to help a fighter develop their Boxing skills in the ring while working with another person. Sparring can range from super light to full contact Boxing. We often start with drills to help the fighter build the skills and confidence they need to learn how to Box. Sparring is conducted with supervision to ensure maxiumum safety of participants.
