Strength and Fitness Classes

These classes are led by and designed for TGNC folx who identify beyond the binary.  Our coaches are Certified  Personal Trainers who have experience working with the Trans community, and understand the unique challenges surrounding fitness. 

We believe it's important to provide intentional space for individuals to feel comfortable and confident moving their bodies. 

  •  

STRENGTH

  • Mobility work

  • Bodyweight work

  • Intro to Dumbbells, Kettlebells, and Barbells 

  • Proper form

  • Supervised lifting

  • Endurance Training

  • Each week we focus on different strength and mobility exercises.

Pre-operative care: We can help prepare for upcoming surgeries with mobility & strength exercises to support with recovery

Post-operative care: We can help you regain mobility and strength after being medically cleared by your doctor.

Certified Personal Trainers of the trans experience who "get it"

experienced working with TGNC folx from different backgrounds

First-hand knowledge of being trans in the 

fitness industry-- understanding the limitations & shortcomings of commercial/cis heteronormative fitness spaces

using those experiences to create inclusive, secure, & gender affirming training spaces

  • Community: These classes are also about meeting and connecting with one another. 

  • Gender Affirming Training: You do not need to be on HRT or have had surgery (or even plan to) to partake in gender affirming training.
