BOXING CLASSES

ALL- LEVELS BOXING

This class will focus on the beginning fundamentals of Boxing- footwork, punching, and head movement. We will also be doing light cardio work + strength and conditioning to build stamina. This class is open to ALL LEVELS of experience including first timers. Bring wraps and gloves if you have them (Wraps are optional and can be purchased at the desk for $10, Gloves can be borrowed)

 INTERMEDIATE BOXING

Those who take this class already know their basic stance, footwork, and punches (Jab, Cross, & Hooks). We will be working off these fundamentals and incorporating defense drills. This class is a little more technical and we will be doing moderate cardio + strength and conditioning work. Requires Gloves & Wraps.

Muay Thai is a martial art that originates from Thailand. Often referred to as “The Art of 8 Limbs”, Muay Thai uses eight different striking techniques: hands, elbows, knees and shins. This class will teach the beginning fundamentals of Muay Thai, focusing on footwork and basic strikes. This class is open to ALL LEVELS of experience including first timers. Bring wraps and gloves if you have them (we can lend them at the front desk)
